If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it for a refund. If you’ve changed your mind and want to send it back, you can ask the seller if they’ll accept a return.
If the item you received doesn’t match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, you’re covered under the SeBuys Money Back Guarantee. You can return it even if the seller’s returns policy says they don’t accept returns.
Return an item for a refund
Select the “Return Request” Button from the my order pages. Then from the form, select the order number associated with the item you want to refund.
Then check the product, quantity (if more than 1 quantity is ordered of the same product), select request type and refund reason. After the required information is filled in , click the “Submit Request” button.
All refund requests can be managed by clicking on the refunds and exchanges tab on the my account page.
The outcome of the refund request will be shown here. The seller must respond within 3 working days.
